NATIONWIDE
Problem
City Data Comms worked alongside the main contractor as the primary cable Service Provider for Nationwide, within their three main Data Halls. This included their new flag ship Disaster Recovery Site in Newbury. The site used a Corning Cat6a and OM4 fibre solution.
We were also asked to undertake ad hoc installations on site as required. At the time of this installation, it was widely known to be the largest Corning installation in the world.
Resolution
On the basis of the work and our work ethic, City Data Comms was asked to undertake additional works at their Swindon and Northampton Data Centres. This engagement continues to flourish and we are proud and pleased to work with our partners in Nationwide.
